Beautiful ebony wave bowl with a stunning, natural, black and white pattern.

• The bowl is made from the Black and White Ebony, an exotic wood whose color is characterised by a variation of black and light-colored bands. Some species show a striking contrast between almost white and black wood. The black heartwood is usually more brittle than the light-colored sapwood. The wood used in the creation of this collection comes from Laos.
• Ebony is a wonderful wood and although it's a very hard wood to work with, craftsmen and artists love it because of its unique beauty. In the words of one of the craftsman, the flowing dark and light colors of the wood look like they have been poured together in a liquid form.
